How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use the link in that email to follow your package in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please note that some international orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at support@6009.store and we’ll investigate promptly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept refund or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipment required. See our full Refund Policy for details.

What if I changed my mind?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help. Change-of-mind requests are reviewed case by case and may be subject to a partial refund depending on the condition of the item.

How do I request a refund?
